I use 3 chakra candle holders and 3 oils lamps Each day around the same time, along with the assistance of the angels, masters, saints, spirit guides and spirit animals, I tune in on your physical energy & your chakras to make sure all is going well. I then perform 5 different types of mantras (2 of the chants are for cleansing and 3 for balancing). The chanting assists to raise the vibrational energy resulting in a better cleansing and balancing of your chakras. If I am only balancing a person’s chakras then only 3 types of chant are needed.
“Cleansing”:
I start with the 3 oil lamps; burning one ounce of oil everyday for each of the 20 chakras for the first 3 days. For the 21st slot of the oil lamp I burn Kwan Yin oil.
Located at the base of the spine. Earth, survival, grounding, stillness. Contains the primary 8 cells that have all of the knowledge of creation and remain the only cells in your body that do not change in your lifetime. It grounds us in the physical world.
Located just beneath the navel, and related to our sexual and reproductive capacity. Blockage manifests as emotional problems or sexual guilt.
The seat of Emotions. Gives us a sense of personal power in the world. Blockage manifests as anger or a sense of victimization.
Blockage can manifest as immune system or heart problems, or a lack of compassion.
Tied to creativity and communication. Feels pressure when you are not communicating your emotions properly.
Often connected to the forehead. Is a physical eye at the base of the brain with the capabilities of looking upward. Clairvoyance, psychic abilities, imagination, dreaming.
Connects you with messages from higher realms. Can be experienced as pressure on the top of the head. Spiritual connection, understanding, knowing, bliss, God.
